Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hola Bonita Mail Club! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your Cartitas.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped by the 5th day of each month with the hope that your cartita arrives within  the 1st or second week of every month.   You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on qualifying orders and on all subscription cartitas. Check our store for current promotions.

Tracking Because cartitas are sent via the U.S Postal service we are unable to offer tracking at this time. you can expect your cartita 3-7 days from your "shipment date" but please keep in mind that postal delays are out of our hands. Part of the uniqueness of our cartitas is precisely the "snail mail" experience! 

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at holabonitamailclub@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
